Blockchain Transparency & LCV
How Al Mahdi Quantum Valley uses blockchain for transparent plot ownership and milestone-based escrow — and what's coming with Lastcoin Vision.
On-Chain Plot Registry
Every allotted plot in Al Mahdi Quantum Valley is minted as an ERC-721 token on Polygon, recording zone, plot number, size, and a hash of its coordinates. Transfers require KYC-verified wallets and company transfer-approval, matching Pakistan's standard transfer/NDC process — this is an ownership record, not a bearer instrument.
Milestone Escrow
Customer and investor payments are recorded against construction milestones. Each milestone requires independent two-party attestation (Project Manager + auditor) before funds or status are released — publicly verifiable on-chain.
Document Anchoring
Key documents — allotment letters, SEZ approvals, audit reports — are hashed (SHA-256) and anchored on-chain with a timestamp, so authenticity can be verified independently of Al Mahdi Developers' own systems.
Live Transparency Page
Once contracts are deployed, this page will show live milestone status, total escrowed amounts, the document anchor feed, and contract addresses with block-explorer links.
Lastcoin Vision (LCV)
Al Mahdi Developers is building hooks for its upcoming cryptocurrency ecosystem, Lastcoin Vision (lastcoinvision.com), so that payments, staking-based plot discounts, and loyalty rewards can route through LCV once it launches.
