1. General Services
Al Mahdi Developers Pvt. Ltd. provides construction services (Gray Structure, Brown Structure, Fencing), Architectural Design, and Smart Home manufacturing and integration. All services are subject to a specific contract agreement signed between the Company and the Client.
2. Construction Services
2.1 Scope of Work: The specific scope (Gray Structure, Brown Structure, etc.) will be detailed in your individual project quotation/contract.
Brown Structure: Defined as raw structural construction including brickwork and roofing but excluding plastering, paint, and flooring unless specified otherwise.
Gray Structure: Defined as complete structural work including foundation, walls, roof, and concealed conduits for electrical/plumbing.
2.2 Timelines: While we strive to meet all deadlines tracked via our App, construction timelines are estimates and subject to change due to Force Majeure (weather, natural disasters), supply chain disruptions, or delays in client payments.
2.3 Payments: Payments must be made according to the milestone schedule agreed upon in the contract. Failure to make payments on time may result in work stoppage.
3. Smart Home Products & Manufacturing
3.1 Hardware Warranty: We manufacture proprietary IoT devices using custom microcontrollers. These devices come with a limited warranty (as specified in your purchase agreement) covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, voltage fluctuations, or water damage (unless the device is rated waterproof).
3.2 Connectivity: Our Smart Home devices require a stable Wi-Fi connection to function correctly. Al Mahdi Developers is not responsible for performance issues arising from the Client's internet service provider or network instability.
4. Use of the Al Mahdi Developers App
4.1 Project Tracking: The App is designed to provide transparency through daily photos, videos, and progress logs.
Availability: While we aim for daily updates, technical issues or site conditions (e.g., holidays, severe weather) may occasionally delay an update.
Data Accuracy: Progress bars and status updates are for informational purposes. The physical site condition is the prevailing authority.
4.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your App login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Proprietary Technology: All software, code, designs, and firmware associated with the Al Mahdi Developers App and our IoT Devices are the exclusive property of Al Mahdi Developers Pvt. Ltd. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our hardware designs or software code.
5.2 Architectural Designs: Any architectural blueprints or MEP layouts provided by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Mahdi Developers Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, app, or services. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in dispute.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City, e.g., Chakwal or Islamabad].
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
